As another year draws to a close, I like to take time and reflect about all that happened during the last 365 days. This year was filled with so many surprises, both good and bad. I think it is so helpful to look back and learn from the past but keep in mind it is important to look towards the future.

It can be very easy to lose grasp of ourselves every now and then. We lose sight of who we truly are and our beliefs and convictions. This can happen for a variety of reasons: our lives are so hectic that it is just easier to go with what works at the time, it isn’t always easy to be who we are , or we try to change ourselves to be the version we think people will like more.
